The Utility Expo 2023 show will take place September 26 – 28, 2023 in Louisville, Kentucky.

The Utility Expo is held at the Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC) every two years. The 2025 show is scheduled for October 7-9, 2025.

Exhibit space sales for The Utility Expo 2023 officially open in May 2022. Please complete this form to request an application and to reserve your space once sales open. 

Yes. Requests for meeting/function space will open in Spring 2023. Please visit the Meeting/Function Space page for updates and additional information. 

Yes. Under no circumstances will children under 18 years of age be permitted onsite during the installation and dismantling periods. During Exposition hours, children under 18 years of age will be allowed in the Exposition only under the supervision of an adult who is registered to attend the Exposition. Children under 18 will not be required to purchase a badge but will be badged free of charge for identification purposes.

Complimentary shuttle service is available between the Kentucky Exposition Center and select official The Utility Expo hotels. Shuttles will operate during show dates. For more information on shuttles, visit the Hotel & Travel Information page.

The Utility Expo does not sell any attendee data directly or through any vendor. If you receive an email regarding the purchase of an attendee list, it is a scam and we request that you please forward the message to splautz@aem.org and show management will send a cease and desist letter.

Registration opens May 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Your exhibitor contact will receive an email with login information once registration has opened.  

Your show badge grants you 24/7 access to all areas of the tradeshow floor.

You can pick up your show badge at the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport or when you arrive at the show.

Yes! We secure discounts with the major airlines that fly into Louisville.  Details will be posted on the Hotel & Travel Information page in spring 2023. 

Orders can be placed online at https://theutilityexpostore.com/. Check back often!  We add new merchandise regularly.

There is free shipping on all U.S. orders.  Product orders shipping to Canada is a $15 flat rate and other international countries a $25 flat rate.

Lead time on orders will be 3-5 days and most are shipped via U.S. mail. Some multiple piece orders may come in separate packages. Email tracking is sent on every order.
